When a flight from JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Teterboro or Westchester is cancelled or badly delayed, the next seat can be a day away. Within a four to five hour radius, a car is often faster: Philadelphia in about two hours, Boston and Washington, DC in about four, and Providence, Baltimore or Albany in between.

How much does a black car service in NYC cost?
Hourly service starts at $95 an hour in a Premium Sedan with a 2 hour minimum. Airport and point to point rides are a flat rate set before you book.
Is Ride SoHo licensed?
Yes. Ride SoHo is NYC TLC Licensed Base B03644, and every ride is driven by a professional chauffeur.
Are tolls included in the price?
Yes. Flat rates include tolls, so there is nothing added at the end of the ride.
How early does the chauffeur arrive?
Your chauffeur is in place 15 minutes before the ride time, at every pickup.
What happens if my flight is late?
We track your flight and move the pickup to your new landing time. The free wait starts at the plane gate: 45 minutes on a domestic flight and 1 hour on an international flight, then billed on an hourly basis.
Which airports do you serve?
JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Long Island MacArthur and Stewart, plus private aviation at Teterboro, Westchester, Morristown and Republic.
Do you drive outside New York City?
Yes. We cover all five boroughs and drive to and from Long Island, the Hamptons, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Washington DC and Massachusetts.
What is the cancellation policy?
24 hours for a Premium Sedan, Premium SUV or First Class SUV, 48 hours for an S Class or Sprinter, and one week notice for events.
What are the hourly minimums?
2 hours for a Premium Sedan, 3 hours for an SUV or S Class, and 5 hours for a Sprinter, with 12 miles per hour in NYC.
How far ahead should I book?
2 to 4 weeks in advance for events, Sprinters, S Class and bookings of more than 10 cars. For a sedan or SUV, call dispatch at any hour.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, at $10 per seat. Tell us each child’s age when you book.
Can I rent a car without a chauffeur?
No. Every Ride SoHo booking comes with a professional chauffeur. We do not rent cars for self drive.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. Companies can book by phone or email and receive one invoice for every ride.
