Westchester County Airport sits in the heart of White Plains, making it the natural gateway for Westchester County, Greenwich, and lower Connecticut — and a viable alternative to JFK, LGA, or EWR for Manhattan-bound travelers who prefer a quieter airport experience. Both arrivals and departures are handled to the same standard. Arrivals are flight-tracked from the departure airport with a 45-minute domestic grace period built in. For private jet arrivals, we coordinate directly with the FBO using tail number and estimated landing time, with the vehicle pre-positioned ahead of touchdown. Departures are pre-planned around Saw Mill Parkway and Henry Hudson Parkway conditions, with buffer time built into the pickup window for peak-hour southbound traffic. HPN is favored by executives based in Westchester and Fairfield County who prefer to avoid JFK and LGA ground time — a direct connection from Chicago, Charlotte, or Philadelphia lands into White Plains and the vehicle is curbside within minutes. The cabin is quiet enough for sustained calls during the drive, and the chauffeur is briefed in advance on whether the client prefers privacy or assistance. Privacy is the default. Corporate accounts are available for law firms, financial firms, hedge funds, healthcare companies, and real estate firms with recurring travel.

HPN to Manhattan is primarily routed via the Saw Mill River Parkway south to the Henry Hudson Parkway — the cleanest route into the Upper West Side, Midtown, and the West Side. For Midtown and East Side destinations, the Bronx River Parkway south to the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) and the Third Avenue Bridge or Willis Avenue Bridge is a reliable alternate. For downtown destinations, the same approach continues south on the FDR Drive or through the Midtown Tunnel.
