Ride Soho Terms and Conditions
General Overview
By accessing or using the services provided by Ride Soho, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of our services, including, but not limited to, passengers, agents, and businesses booking on behalf of passengers. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not authorized to use our services.
Reservations
Your reservation is considered confirmed only after it has been approved by one of our representatives and a confirmation email has been sent to you. Please review your confirmation for any necessary adjustments, such as date, time, flight information, drop-off, or hotel information.
Payment and Receipts
The total amount of the reservation will be processed, and you will receive a payment receipt with confirmation. All payments and deposits are fully refundable, except for processing fees, if cancellation is made within the specified time frames.
Cancellations and Refunds
Our rates vary depending on the type of service, vehicle requested, and distance traveled. Prices are provided when booking and include all applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Any additional services, such as child seats or extra stops, may incur an additional charge.
- Child seats are available upon request at a fee of $15 per seat.
- Additional stops are subject to extra charges depending on the route and time involved.
Cancellation Policy
Ride Soho offers a flexible cancellation policy:
- Lux Sedans & SUVs: Cancellations made 4 (New YorkCity), 9 Hours for out of New York before the reservation will receive a full refund minus the processing fee. For S-Class or VIP Sedan 24 hours.
- Mercedes Executive Sprinters & Sprinter Jet vans: Cancellations made 36 hours prior to the reservation will receive a full refund, minus the processing fee.
- Sedan/SUV Cancellations: A 25% cancellation fee will apply if the reservation is canceled within 36 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
- Sprinter Vans/Limo Cancellations: A 50% cancellation fee applies if canceled within 36 hours of pickup. Otherwise, a full cancellation charge will be applicable.
- Within 24 Hours: Full fare will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate reservation information, including pickup and drop-off locations, flight details (if applicable), and any special requests such as child seats or additional stops.
Ride Soho expects passengers to be ready at the designated pickup time. Chauffeurs are allowed a complimentary 15-minute wait time for standard pickups and a 60-minute wait time for airport pickups. After the grace period, additional wait time fees may apply.
No Show Policy
A reservation will be considered a “no show” if the passenger fails to arrive at the designated pickup location within the grace period and no prior communication has been made to inform us of any delays. In such cases, the full fare will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
Changes and Modifications
Changes to your reservation, including time adjustments, additional stops, or vehicle upgrades, must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Ride Soho will do its best to accommodate these changes, subject to availability. Any changes made within 24 hours of the service may incur additional fees.
Safety and Conduct
For your safety and the safety of our chauffeurs, Ride Soho requires that all passengers wear seatbelts while the vehicle is in motion. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger, whether intentional or accidental, will result in the passenger being held financially responsible for the repair costs.
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously. Ride Soho reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
Flight Delays and Adjustments
Our chauffeurs monitor flight statuses for all airport pickups. If your flight is delayed, Ride Soho will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no additional cost. However, the passengers are responsible for informing us of any flight cancellations or significant changes that may affect the reservation.
Liability
Ride Soho is committed to providing safe and reliable transportation services. However, we shall not be held liable for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, road closures, or mechanical failures. In such cases, we will try to provide alternative solutions or adjust the route to minimize delays.
Ride Soho is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle. Passengers are advised to check the vehicle thoroughly before exiting. Any items found in the vehicle will be held for 30 days, after which Ride Soho is not responsible for their retention.
Payment Terms
Ride Soho services can be paid via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment methods. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Corporate clients with approved accounts may be invoiced every month.
If there are any payment disputes or chargebacks, Ride Soho reserves the right to charge the original payment method until the issue is resolved. Additionally, failure to pay outstanding balances may result in the suspension of services until full payment is received.
Service Area
Ride Soho primarily serves the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut regions, covering all major airports and transportation hubs in these areas. While we strive to meet the transportation needs of all our clients, Ride Soho reserves the right to refuse service outside our designated service area or adjust rates accordingly for long-distance travel.
Promotions and Discounts
Ride Soho may offer promotions, discounts, or special rates from time to time. These offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers unless explicitly stated. All discounts must be applied at the time of booking.
Privacy Policy
At Ride Soho, we take your privacy seriously. We solely collect personal information such as name, contact details, and payment information to provide transportation services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law or to fulfil your booking.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
Updates to Terms and Conditions
Ride Soho reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
