Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a car for my boss in NYC?
Book online or with RideSoHo dispatch, add your executive as the passenger with their mobile number, and include the flight number or FBO details and every stop. The chauffeur’s details go to both of you 24 hours before pickup.
Should I book hourly service or separate rides for a day of meetings?
Hourly service. The same car and chauffeur wait outside every meeting, so you do not rebook between stops. In Manhattan, a Cadillac Escalade is $130 an hour with a three-hour minimum.
How late can I change a car booking?
With RideSoHo, up to 4 hours before pickup in New York City, and free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Outside the city, changes need the driving time from New York City plus 4 hours.
Can I book a car for a client visiting New York?
Yes. Book under your account with the client as the passenger, and both of you receive the chauffeur’s details 24 hours before pickup.
How do I get receipts for expense reports?
Every trip and receipt is kept in your RideSoHo account after the trip ends.
