Mercedes-Benz S-Class and BMW 7 Series are our recommended vehicles for executive arrivals at Newark Liberty heading directly to Park Avenue, Hudson Yards, the Financial District, or onward business meetings. Given the cross-Hudson distance, cabin comfort and quiet are particularly valued on EWR transfers. The cabin is quiet enough for sustained calls during the drive, and the chauffeur is briefed in advance on whether the client prefers privacy or assistance. Privacy is the default. Standard Routing
EWR to Manhattan involves a Hudson River crossing — typically the Lincoln Tunnel for Midtown destinations or the Holland Tunnel for downtown destinations. The Goethals Bridge and Verrazzano- Narrows provide an alternative routing through Staten Island and Brooklyn when the Manhattan tunnels are congested. Our chauffeurs monitor live conditions and choose the cleanest crossing at the moment of pickup. All tolls are included in the flat rate regardless of routing.
Peak Hours
EWR arrivals to Manhattan typically peak between 4 PM and 8 PM weekdays, particularly through the Lincoln Tunnel. Morning departures from Manhattan to EWR can also extend significantly during the 6–9 AM rush.
