JFK Airport Transfers
JFK transfers from Times Square are routed via the Queens-Midtown Tunnel and the BQE to the Belt Parkway — or via the Williamsburg Bridge to the BQE for variation during peak LIE congestion. All JFK terminals are served: Terminal 1, 4, 5, 7, and 8. International arrivals are tracked with a 60-minute grace period from gate. For Times Square hotel guests arriving from international JFK terminals, the chauffeur is positioned at the arrivals level with a name placard on the optional $25 meet-and-greet upgrade.
LaGuardia Transfers
LaGuardia is the most efficiently reached airport from Times Square — the Queensboro Bridge and the Grand Central Parkway place LGA within 20 to 35 minutes off-peak, making it the fastest airport transfer in the portfolio. Terminals A, B, and C are all served. For early-morning departures and business travelers connecting through LGA, the short ground time from Times Square hotels to LGA departures is a meaningful advantage over JFK or EWR.
Newark Transfers
Newark Liberty is the natural airport for Times Square hotel guests departing via United or on transatlantic routes through EWR — the Lincoln Tunnel approach from 34th and 40th Streets keeps the drive direct and predictable. Terminals A, B, and C are served. All Lincoln Tunnel and NJ Turnpike tolls are included in the flat rate.
Teterboro & Private Aviation
For Times Square guests traveling by private jet, Teterboro (TEB) is accessible in 30 to 45 minutes via the Lincoln Tunnel and Route 3. Westchester (HPN) and Morristown (MMU) are served for clients whose private aviation routing uses those FBOs. All FBOs at each airport are served — specify at booking for ramp coordination.

Pre-Show Pickups
For guests departing from a Times Square hotel to a Broadway theater within the district, we plan the pickup time to allow for the pedestrian plaza crossing and any theater lobby queues, arriving with sufficient time before the house opens. For guests arriving from downtown residences, Brooklyn, or other boroughs to a Broadway show, we build tunnel and bridge buffer time into the pickup window based on time of day.
Post-Show Transfers
Post-show transfers are among the most time-sensitive pickups in the city. Curtain-down at a 7 PM show typically falls between 9:30 and 10 PM; at an 8 PM show, between 10:30 and 11 PM. The chauffeur is staged nearby and pulls to the designated pickup address at the confirmed time — hotel entrance, theater side street, or restaurant — without requiring the client to wait at curbside.

Common Times Square-based hourly itineraries include a dinner-and-Broadway evening (restaurant pickup, theater drop-off, post-curtain return); a day of Midtown business meetings followed by an airport transfer; or a sightseeing block covering the major Manhattan landmarks with the vehicle waiting at each stop. Sedans and SUVs require a 2-hour minimum. Mercedes-Benz S-Class and other specialty vehicles require a 3-hour minimum in NYC. For single-direction transfers, point-to-point flat-rate pricing is typically the more economical structure.

Standard Routing
Times Square sits at the convergence of Broadway, Seventh Avenue, and 42nd Street — three of the most congested arteries in Manhattan. Pedestrian plazas along Broadway between 42nd and 47th Streets are permanently closed to vehicle traffic, so pickups and drop-offs occur on the cross-streets (43rd, 44th, 45th, 46th, 47th) or on Eighth or Sixth Avenue, depending on your address. Our chauffeurs know which corner serves each major hotel and theater cleanly, including the protected service drives at the Marriott Marquis and Westin.
Peak Hours
Times Square has multiple overlapping peak periods. Weekday morning rush (7–9 AM) affects airport departures, particularly to LaGuardia and Newark. Theater curtain-up (7–8 PM Tuesday through Saturday, with 2 PM matinees Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday) creates predictable Midtown congestion. Theater curtain-down (10–11 PM) creates a 30-minute pickup peak in the immediate Times Square perimeter. During peak hours (4–8 PM weekdays, Friday afternoons especially), expect 60–90 minutes depending on conditions. Our chauffeurs monitor traffic live and route around bottlenecks via the FDR or Williamsburg Bridge alternatives where possible.
Flat-rate pricing based on destination and vehicle class for point-to-point transfers; hourly rates for as-directed service with a 2-hour minimum. All available vehicles and total fares are visible before checkout — no surge pricing, no end-of-trip add-ons. All bridge and tunnel tolls are included in the flat rate.
Yes. Any route involving a tolled crossing — the Queens-Midtown Tunnel, Lincoln Tunnel, Holland Tunnel, the East River bridges where tolls apply, or the airport access roads — is covered in your flat rate. There is no separate charge added at the end of the trip.
Curbside at your hotel's pickup zone is standard. Hotels with porte cochères (Marriott Marquis, Westin, Sheraton New York Times Square, InterContinental, Knickerbocker) accommodate direct lobby pickup. For an additional $25, our optional hotel meet-and-greet brings the chauffeur into the lobby with a name placard — recommended for first-time visitors, family travel, and large groups.
Yes. Pre-show drop-off is timed to deliver guests at the theater 25–35 minutes before curtain. Post-show pickup is pre-staged at a designated cross-street location (typically 45th, 46th, or 47th depending on which theater) clear of the immediate post-curtain pedestrian congestion. For dinner-and-show evenings, hourly chauffeur structure usually makes more sense than separate reservations.
The chauffeur waits at your designated pickup location. Standard wait time is included; extended wait time bills at the prevailing hourly rate. For airport departures, we recommend confirming pickup time the night before to build appropriate buffer.
