Yes. We operate 24/7 for transfers to and from JFK, LaGuardia (LGA), Newark (EWR), Teterboro (TEB), and Westchester (HPN) airports.

Ride Soho provides a 45-minute grace period for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights after landing. For non-airport pickups, the grace period is 15 minutes.
Yes. Upon request, your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal with a name sign and assist with your luggage.
Yes. You can book instantly on our website by entering your pickup and drop-off addresses, date, and time. The system displays all available vehicles and flat rates before you confirm.

Ride Soho currently doesn’t have a standalone app, but we provide a Progressive Web App (PWA). You can scan the QR code or click the link to save it to your phone’s home screen — it functions exactly like a mobile app.
Yes. You can modify or cancel your trip up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. For same-day changes within NYC, please allow at least 3 hours. Trips with child seats require at least 12 hours’ notice due to limited availability.
Most routes include tolls in the displayed fare. However, for certain areas where the booking system cannot automatically detect tolls, these may be added later — either during confirmation or after the trip is verified.
Yes. We offer toddler, and booster car seats at no extra cost, ensuring safety and comfort for every child on board.

Yes. Your fare already includes gratuity. There’s no need to tip or feel obligated or uncomfortable, though you may add an extra tip directly to the chauffeur for exceptional service if you wish.
