Terms and Conditions (Online Reservations)

IMPORTANT CLIENT NOTICE (PLEASE REVIEW) 

Please review your reservation carefully and ensure the following details are accurate: pickup date and time, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger contact information, vehicle selection, and (for airport pickups) airline and flight number. Any corrections or missing details should be submitted as soon as possible. 

By submitting an online reservation, you agree to the terms below. 

1) Reservation Status 

Online reservations are scheduled and held based on availability. A reservation is considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is sent. 

2) Payment & Receipt 

Payment may be processed at the time of booking or prior to pickup, depending on the reservation details. A receipt is emailed once payment is processed. If payment cannot be processed when required, the reservation may be cancelled. 

3) Cancellations & Refunds 

  • Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup: full refund 
  • Cancel within 24 hours of pickup: non-refundable 
  • Refunds may take 3-7 business days depending on the bank. 

4) Modifications & Rescheduling 

Changes must be requested at least 4 hours prior to pickup (New York City time) and are subject to availability. Changes may affect pricing and vehicle assignment. 

5) Waiting Time & Grace Periods 

  • Standard pickups: 15-minute grace 
  • Domestic airport pickups: 45-minute grace from aircraft gate arrival 
  • International airport pickups: 60-minute grace from aircraft gate arrival 
  • Waiting time beyond the grace period may be billed. 

6) Airport Trips 

Accurate flight details are required for airport pickups. Clients must notify us of major flight changes (new flight number, rebooking, airline change, or significant schedule changes). If you are unable to enter flight details during booking, please add the flight information in the reservation notes or email it to us as soon as possible. 

7) Child Seats 

Child seats are available upon request and subject to availability (Infant / Toddler / Booster). Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 

8) Verification (Fraud Prevention) 

Ride Soho may require identity and payment verification for certain reservations. If requested, verification must be completed within the timeframe provided to keep the reservation. 

9) No-Show Policy 

If the passenger cannot be located and does not respond to calls/texts within a reasonable time, the trip may be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. 

10) Hourly Service, Included Mileage & Long-Distance Requests 

Hourly reservations are billed by time and are intended for local as-directed service within New York City. Minimums apply: 2 hours for Sedans and 3 hours for SUVs. Hourly service includes an allowance of 12 miles per booked hour. If an hourly reservation exceeds the included mileage allowance, leaves New York City, or is a long-distance itinerary (for example, NYC to Philadelphia and return), RideSoHo may, at its discretion: require a higher minimum hour block, convert the reservation to a city-to-city rate, and/or bill additional time and/or mileage. If the online booking does not match the actual itinerary, we will contact you to confirm the correct pricing before service. 

11) Additional Charges 

Extra stops, route changes, extended waiting, or trip changes may result in additional charges and may be billed to the payment method used for the reservation. Tolls, airport access fees, and parking charges may apply and may be billed in addition to the quoted rate if not included in the online total. 

12) Lost Items 

We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist if an item is found. Return delivery may require a fee based on time/distance. 

13) Smoking, Damage & Cleaning 

Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles (NYC TLC rules). Clients are responsible for any damage or cleaning required due to passenger actions. 

14) Service Interruptions (Unforeseen Events) 

If service cannot be provided due to mechanical issues, accidents, severe weather, road closures, or other events outside our control, we will reschedule at the earliest available time or issue a refund for the amount paid for the affected service. 

15) Limitation of Liability 

Our responsibility for any service issue is limited to rescheduling the trip or refunding the amount paid for the affected service. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed flights, missed appointments, or related costs.
