Ride Soho – Terms and Conditions
General Overview
By accessing or using the services provided by Ride Soho, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of our services, including, but not limited to, passengers, agents, and businesses booking on behalf of passengers. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not authorized to use our services.
Reservations
Your reservation is considered confirmed only after it has been approved by one of our representatives and a confirmation email has been sent to you. Please review your confirmation for any necessary adjustments, such as date, time, flight information, drop-off, or hotel information.
Payment and Receipts
The total amount of the reservation will be processed, and you will receive a payment receipt with confirmation. All payments and deposits are fully refundable, except for processing fees, if cancellation is made within the specified time frames.
Cancellations and Refunds
Our rates vary depending on the type of service, vehicle requested, and distance traveled. Prices are provided when booking and include all applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Any additional services, such as child seats or extra stops, may incur an additional charge.
- Child seats are available upon request at a fee of $15 per seat.
- Additional stops are subject to extra charges depending on the route and time involved.
Cancellation Policy
Ride Soho offers a flexible cancellation policy:
- Lux Sedans & SUVs: Cancellations made 4 hours (New York City) or 9 hours (outside NYC) before the reservation will receive a full refund minus the processing fee. For S-Class or VIP Sedan, 24 hours notice is required.
- Mercedes Executive Sprinters & Sprinter Jet Vans: Cancellations made 36 hours prior to the reservation will receive a full refund, minus the processing fee.
- Sedan/SUV Cancellations: A 25% cancellation fee applies if the reservation is canceled within 36 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
- Sprinter Vans/Limo Cancellations: A 50% cancellation fee applies if canceled within 36 hours. Otherwise, a full cancellation charge applies.
- Within 24 Hours: Full fare will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup.
Standard Lux Sedans & SUVs
- Cancellation: Free cancellation with full refund (minus processing fee) if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
- Rescheduling: Free rescheduling up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup, subject to availability.
First Class Sedan (e.g., S-Class)
- Cancellation: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance for full refund (minus processing fee).
- Rescheduling: Free rescheduling up to 4 hours before pickup, subject to availability.
First Class SUV
- Cancellation: At least 48 hours’ notice required for full refund (minus processing fee).
- Rescheduling: Changes must be made at least 4 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Executive Sprinters & Sprinter Jet Vans
- Cancellation: Must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to pick up for full refund (minus processing fee).
- Rescheduling: Allowed within 24 hours of the reservation time, subject to availability.
Inside 24 Hours of Pickup (All Vehicles): Full fare will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
No-Shows: If the passenger fails to appear without notifying us, the reservation is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate reservation information, including pickup and drop-off locations, flight details, and any special requests. Chauffeurs are allowed a complimentary 15-minute wait time for standard pickups and 60 minutes for airport pickups. Additional wait time fees may apply after the grace period.
No Show Policy
A reservation will be considered a “no show” if the passenger fails to arrive within the grace period and no prior communication has been made. In such cases, the full fare will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
Changes and Modifications
Changes to your reservation must be made at least 24 hours before service time. Ride Soho will try to accommodate changes, subject to availability. Changes within 24 hours may incur additional fees.
Safety and Conduct
All passengers must wear seatbelts. Smoking is prohibited. Passengers causing damage will be held financially responsible. Ride Soho reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior.
Flight Delays and Adjustments
Chauffeurs monitor flight statuses and adjust pickup times accordingly. Passengers must inform Ride Soho of cancellations or significant changes.
Liability
Ride Soho is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or mechanical issues. Passengers should check vehicles for belongings before exiting. Lost items will be held for 30 days.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Ride Soho harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their use of our services.
Payment Terms
Payments can be made via credit/debit cards or approved methods. Full payment is due at booking unless otherwise stated. Corporate clients may be invoiced monthly.
To prevent fraud and ensure booking security, we may request a valid credit card and matching driver’s license to verify the identity of the person making the reservation.
If payment disputes arise, Ride Soho reserves the right to re-charge the original payment method until resolved. Unpaid balances may lead to service suspension.
Service Area
Ride Soho serves the NY, NJ, and CT areas, covering major airports and hubs. We may adjust rates or refuse service for travel beyond these regions.
Promotions and Discounts
Offers may change without notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated. Discounts must be applied during booking.
Privacy Policy

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be handled in New York courts.
Updates to Terms and Conditions
Ride Soho reserves the right to change these terms at any time without any prior notification. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
