How Booking Works

Choose a service and reserve online, or call dispatch. Executive assistants can book for the travelers they support.

Provide the specifics: the pickup and drop-off, the flight number, any stops, and a child seat or Meet & Greet if needed.

Once confirmed, you get the chauffeur’s name, number and car the day prior.

The chauffeur arrives 15 minutes ahead and texts when outside.

Airport and point-to-point rides have a flat rate quoted at booking, with tolls included. Hourly service begins at $95 for a sedan with a 2 hour minimum, $115 for an SUV with a 3 hour minimum and $130 for an Escalade with a 3 hour minimum.
Which vehicles can I choose?
The fleet includes S-Class sedans, Suburbans, Escalades and Sprinters. Each has chargers and bottled water, and larger vehicles suit groups and heavy luggage.
Do you offer services for businesses?
Yes. Firms can open an account to reserve, edit and cancel online, view trip history and download receipts, and executive assistants can book for the people they support.
Is service available at night and on holidays?
Yes. Dispatch and chauffeurs work around the clock, every day of the year, so early and late bookings are handled like any other.
Can I combine services in one booking?
Yes. A day can start with an airport pickup, continue as hourly service across the city and finish with a ride to a hotel, all arranged with one reservation.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
In New York City, changes are possible until 4 hours before pickup and cancellation is free until 24 hours before. For pickups beyond the city, add 4 hours to the drive from New York City to find the change deadline.
What extras are available?
Extras are simple: a terminal Meet & Greet is $25 and a child seat is $10. Wi-Fi requests and special instructions can be added to any booking.
