Traveling With Children

Infant, toddler and booster seats are available by advance request and installed before your chauffeur reaches the hotel — so nothing is being fitted on the curb with luggage around you.

Can my hotel concierge book a car for me?
Yes. Concierge and guest services teams can reserve on a guest's behalf, including multiple vehicles and same-day requests. Reservations are available 24 hours a day.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at the hotel?
Your chauffeur coordinates with the front desk or doorman and waits where the hotel directs. Pickup details are confirmed in advance of the reservation.
Can I keep the car for the whole day?
Yes. Hourly service holds one chauffeur and vehicle for as long as you need, with 12 miles per hour included in New York City. Multi-stop days are booked as a single reservation.
How early should the car arrive for a flight?
Your chauffeur is in position 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup. Departure timing is planned around your flight and current traffic conditions.
Do you handle late arrivals and early departures?
Yes. Reservations and dispatch operate 24 hours a day, including holidays.
Can you take me from the hotel to the Hamptons or Boston?
Yes. City-to-city service runs door to door from the hotel entrance to destinations throughout the Northeast, including the Hamptons, New Jersey, Connecticut, Philadelphia, Boston and Washington D.C.
Do you drive to New Jersey?
Yes. RideSoHo provides door-to-door service from Manhattan hotels throughout New Jersey — including Newark, Jersey City, Hoboken, Princeton, Short Hills, Morristown and the Jersey Shore — as well as Newark Liberty, Teterboro and Morristown airports.
Do you serve the cruise terminals?
Yes. RideSoHo provides transfers to and from Manhattan Cruise Terminal, Brooklyn Cruise Terminal and Cape Liberty Cruise Port in Bayonne. Cruise transfers are luggage-heavy, so a Premium SUV or First Class SUV is usually the better choice.
Can you wait for us after a Broadway show?
Yes. Booked hourly, your chauffeur and vehicle remain with you through dinner and the performance, and are in position when the show lets out.
