Reservations can be modified or cancelled online through your account. For changes within two hours of pickup, call us directly so dispatch can act immediately.
How do I get a receipt for a past trip?
Receipts are available in your account along with your complete trip history, and can be printed at any time.
Can I visit your office to book?
Reservations are handled by phone, online and by email. The Park Avenue office is not a passenger pickup or walk-in booking location.
